WOW, YOU DO A LOT!
Creating our physical self is certainly demanding. Workouts: sweat, burn, wince, grunt, sip. Supplemental workouts: run, jump, swim, bike, walk, etc. Yoga: bend, breathe, hold, be. Meal Preparation: chop, peel, cook, pack. Water: drink, drink, drink, drink, drink. Rest: set clock, turn down, close blinds. Supplements: A, B, C, D, E….. Schedule: day, night. Look at all of *that! *there’s more I’m sure And that is just the one syllable words that we are engaging in on the daily to physically craft our bodies.
