By purposeful bringing the above 5 into our daily life we are essentially BOOSTING OUR MOOD without even trying!
Move intentionally. Not just through your day, but with exercises built into your day.
Stretch intentionally. Not just to reach our purse in the back seat or for our phone that fell between the seats. Stretch with purpose. Come in to awareness as to what body parts feel tight. Add stretches into your day for them. (Ask a coach, google search, YouTube search) the answers ARE available.
Nourish in alignment with what ingredients are best for your body. A fast hint….release sugar and all of its cousins from the leaderboard of food consumption! Remove the processed convenience. This is NOT how our bodies originally evolved!
Hydrate with water throughout the day. Start with half your body weight in ounces, then increase from there. Why? Because it aids the body in pretty much EVERY function from clarity of thought to pooping. Yes, I just said pooping
Pay attention. Slow down. Move through your day with awareness. How many people “tweak something” doing a simple movement or randomly fall….Slow down. Move with intention. Pay attention to your movement and your surroundings.
