Every Day, In Every Way…

I’m bringing this little ditty back for one of our awesome team members… You know who you are! But, I know anyone reading it, can soak it in! “Every day, in every way, I am getting better!” Say it every day, especially when your mind is bogged down with “problems” or negativity. Neutralize those ugly thoughts with this phrase. Give your mind (subconscious & conscious) the opportunity to be filled with empowering language. Be filled with the encouragement you have to overcome, grow, thrive, LIVE!

Train for the LOVE of Your Life

When we first set out on this journey of training for life, we can barely skip a rope, push-ups are our nemesis & daily aches and pains have us believing we are to be prisoners of it. Then we consciously choose to make the effort to stay with it. We choose to make our training a ritual habit. Your fitness doesn’t have to be a J.O.B.

Your “fitness” doesn’t have to be a j.o.b! It doesn’t have to be DREAD. It can most definitely be F.U.N! Release the idea that you have to “lose weight.”Release the sentence, “I have to go to the gym.”Release the urge to grab your stomach rolls and say, “ugh I wanna get rid of this.” All of that SHIZ is filled with negative vibezzzz! CHOOSE to workout/train for ALLLLLL you can gain! SELF TRUST! STRENGTH! KEEPING UP WITH YOUR KIDDOS! COMMUNITY! PAIN FREE BODIES! ENERGY! ME TIME! The “gainz” are endless!!!

The word “exercise” in my opinion, sounds just as bad as the word “job,” in the minds of many these days. So F it. Don’t exercise. LET’S MOVE! Front, back, left, right, round and round!
