WOW, YOU DO A LOT!

Creating our physical self is certainly demanding.

Workouts: sweat, burn, wince, grunt, sip.

Supplemental workouts: run, jump, swim, bike, walk, etc.

Yoga: bend, breathe, hold, be.

Meal Preparation: chop, peel, cook, pack.

Water: drink, drink, drink, drink, drink.

Rest: set clock, turn down, close blinds.

Supplements: A, B, C, D, E…..

Schedule: day, night.

Look at all of *that!

*there’s more I’m sure

And that is just the one syllable words that we are engaging in on the daily to physically craft our bodies.

So, my point is, GIVE YOURSELF A DAMN HIGH FIVE! πŸ˜ƒπŸ’™πŸ˜ƒπŸ’™πŸ˜ƒπŸ’™

Let’s Take a moment to reflect on all that we ARE doing instead of criticizing ourselves into the feelz of a childhood scolding.

Really.

Reflect, my friends.

Look at all you give.

All you do.

And now,  relax your shoulders, breathe in and recognize how truly amazing you really are.πŸ’™
