Your “fitness” doesn’t have to be a j.o.b! It doesn’t have to be DREAD. It can most definitely be F.U.N! Release the idea that you have to “lose weight.”Release the sentence, “I have to go to the gym.”Release the urge to grab your stomach rolls and say, “ugh I wanna get rid of this.” All of that SHIZ is filled with negative vibezzzz! CHOOSE to workout/train for ALLLLLL you can gain! SELF TRUST! STRENGTH! KEEPING UP WITH YOUR KIDDOS! COMMUNITY! PAIN FREE BODIES! ENERGY! ME TIME! The “gainz” are endless!!!

Don’t Take Compliments

I am not allowing myself to take compliments anymore. Most of the time, when I “take” compliments, I only KINDA take the one that are referring to a completion of some task, and then most of the time they still zip right over my head because for some deep, illogical reason, I don’t feel as if I am worthy of the compliment.
