Team Membership Terms
Month to Month Auto Pay (No Commitment) Team Memberships
All Month to Month Auto Pay (no-commitment) Team Membership dues are non-refundable, paid in advance of service, and will be automatically renewed at the end of each term at the current rate unless cancellation is provided by emailing or delivering written notice fifteen (15) days prior to cancellation. Team Members must agree to pay listed fees for late and/or declined payments.
Prepaid Team Memberships (PIF), Personal Training Packages, Specialty Classes / Events
All prepaid Team Memberships, specialty classes / events & Personal Training Packages are non-refundable & paid in advance of service. No exceptions may apply.
Personal trainers or instructors are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued due to a personal trainer change.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all personal training sessions. Team members are liable to be charged for any session canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Team Membership Holds
All Prepaid Team Members have the option to put their Team Membership on hold one time per commitment period for up to one month, for a fee of $25.
Additional Fees
Late Payment of Fee
A late payment fee of $20 will be charged on any payment past due more than ten (10) days. Team Membership fees must be paid effective the 1st day of the billing cycle when due. Team Membership may be canceled, at the discretion of GEvolution Fitness, Inc. if fees are not timely paid.
Insufficient Funds Fee
If the bank processor and/or GEvolution Fitness, Inc. are unable to collect their monthly dues because of insufficient funds, an NSF fee of $20 will be charged for the unsuccessful attempt.
Early Termination Fee
All Month to Month (no-commitment) Auto Pay renewing Team Members may cancel Team Memberships by completing the cancelation form fifteen (15) days prior to the billing day of the month to be canceled. There are no refunds for Team Membership fees and GEvolution Fitness, Inc. will not prorate a canceled Team Membership. There is no cancellation fee associated with this choice.
