I’m bringing this little ditty back for one of our awesome team members… You know who you are! BUT, I know anyone reading it, can soak it in! “Every day, in every way, I am getting better!” Say it every day, especially when your mind is bogged down with “problems” or negativity. Neutralize those ugly thoughts with this phrase. Give your mind (sub-conscious & conscious) the opportunity to be filled with empowering language. Don’t Take Compliments

I am not allowing myself to take compliments anymore. Most of the time, when I “take” compliments, I only KINDA take the one that are referring to a completion of some task, and then most of the time they still zip right over my head because for some deep, illogical reason, I don’t feel as if I am worthy of the compliment. Recognizing gains instead of losses. I have been prescribed naps.

I have been prescribed naps. This mom, wife, business owner, personal trainer, athlete, overall energetic & excited human being has been prescribed “naps.” (among other things) Sounds pretty fucking fantastic, doesn’t it? Doctor’s orders: I have to sleep a FULL 8+ hours every night AND “nap” for up to 2 hours during the day. Who wouldn’t want this lifestyle?  Who wouldn’t want to just sleep?
